uclibc is not related directly related to using the blakfin processor.
There is an old "asterisk" package (1.0.7?) included in some versions of
a buildroot distributions. 

http://astlinux.org/ maintains a more up-to-date version. Check their
SVN. I'm not sure which platforms exactly they target right now.
But those include several X86 targets mainly. Don't know about X86_64,
arm and mips.
