    Does anyone knows the use of calling<font color="#ff6666">

      restart_monitor() </font>function when making a sip call. <br>

    <font color="#ff6666">restart_monitor()</font> function is getting

    called from <font color="#ff6666">sip_request_call()</font>

    function, I am not understanding the purpose of calling the function

    there.<br>

    Please help me on this.<br>
