<div>Hi all,</div><div><br></div><div>I'm programming a new features for application of Asterisk. I have the following scenario: i use Asterisk 1.6.2 and plug-in AppConference 2.0.1 for videoconference services.</div><div>
Now I would like to add one feature to AppConference, it has two modes of operation: VAD video change and DTMF.</div><div>I'm trying to improve the DTMF mode. When user call 500 (for instance) the AppConference plug-in starts a conference and take the control of channel. Every user that connect to videoconference share the same channel. Now i would add a "dummy" user that send static image to the same conference room. All user can see the static image (dummy user) by pressing the corresponding DTMF number. </div>
<div>To send static image as video i use VLC and app_rtsp by sergio murillo: they work together in stand-alone mode (external to AppConference). </div><div><br></div><div>My question is: if AppConference has the control of channel can i pass the control to app_rtsp without kill AppConference?</div>
<div>Can two application operate in the same channel and same time? </div><div>Or i must take the app_rtsp code e integrate it in AppConference?</div><div><br></div><div>Thank you in advance. You are my last resource.</div>
