Obviously some equipment requires something to be there and we have to<br>
support that as well.</blockquote><div><br></div><div>I agree that the way this should be done is by allowing the whole username to be programmable. If there is equipment that can't handle a SIP URI without a username in the Contact header then it is that equipments fault.</div>
