<html><head><style type="text/css"><!-- DIV {margin:0px;} --></style></head><body><div style="font-family:times new roman, new york, times, serif;font-size:12pt">? has zaptel been made cross compile ready ?<br><br>using ./configure CC=arm-linux-gcc --prefix=/usr/local/arm-linux --build=i686-pc-linux-gnu --host=arm-linux <br>and <br>make KVERS=2.6.19-uc1 KSRC=/home/spowage/snapgear/linux-2.6.x<br><br>1st it is necessary to build menuselect with default configure/make THEN<br>try to run the above comands<br><br>2nd __LINUX_ARM_ARCH__ shows up undefined , though all the module.h files 'appear' in place<br><br>let alone the need to download and build and install the termcap and ncurses libs that seem useless for embedded apps,<br>one could almost write a book on the labors cross compiling <br><br>previous posts seem to suggest zaptel will cross compile, though efforts to use the latest zaptel, have stumped my efforts
