[asterisk-dev] Compiling Asterisk 18 with Telekom AllIP mediasec patches seems to work fine / Building RPM package failed

Hello!

I was successfully able to patch and compile the actual Asterisk 18 branch. While building the RPM packages, it turned out, that all devel files (/usr/include/asterisk.h and
/usr/include/asterisk/*) are missing. Seems, that they aren't installed any more by make install. Is this the new intended behavior?
