I haven't been following codec2 closely, but anyway.
What exactly does "codec2" mean? Is there a well-defined bit-rate and
such? This page mentions codec2 at 2400bps and at 3200bps. I read it is
used at even lower rates. If I get a "codec2" stream, which rate (and/or
other parameters) are used?
