1. Only MD5, not MD5 + plaintext auth type is set as default - I've tested
- this breaks nothing, will work even if remote peers have auth=plaintext
2. Warnings are on startup only.
3. Warnings are more detailed.

Tested by me.

Once again, what do you think about having delayreject on by default?
