[asterisk-dev] How to proceed on config change.

res_config_ldap uses "_general" instead of "general" for the general
config section.  I have a patch for converting it to normal "general".
 I know this could affect upgrades and have thus not made a lot of
noise about it.

How I see it, the options..

A. We change it and make a note in CHANGES and hope for the best.
B. Add handler for both "_general" and "general" and add a note to
CHANGES and hope we remember why.
C. Do nothing.
