Mea culpa guys.

It was pointed out to me that Teluu does maintain its own contributor
license agreement here:

http://trac.pjsip.org/repos/wiki/ContributionAgreement

(You'll note that it reads much like the Digium one.)

For the Digium produced code modifications to pjproject, we would obviously
contribute the patches back to Teluu under their Contribution Agreement.
However, if contributions made to pjproject come from folks outside of
Digium, we need to be sure that said contributors are aware of Teluu's dual
licensing of pjproject and that the overall patch will be made under that
licensing agreement.

Since Teluu doesn't (appear to) have an electronic way of verifying that
someone has signed their license agreement, this puts us in a bit of a
pickle.

The only solution I can think of is to fall back to Digium's license
agreement, and attach the modifications to pjproject to Jira issues. That
essentially would grant Digium the ability to present the overall patches
back to Teluu under their contributor license agreement.

I can't think of another approach that doesn't run afoul of potential
license violations (or otherwise mess with someone's contributions) and
that doesn't overly complicate the process of getting patches in.

Sorry -

Matt
