That shows how distrubuted device state using XMPP can allow agents in
multiple sites to take calls from the queue at a central site.

The problems as I understand (or misunderstand) with some of the published
solutions out there are;
	1). sip device's have to have a static host address, as they're not
registered on the local asterisk box hosting the queue. DHCP is not an
option at the remote site.
	2). a remote agent can't transfer the queue call that's come from
the central site (unproven).
