[asterisk-dev] ConfBrifge question.

I see. format.h is missing in 1.8 and it is will be no so easy to
recreate it. I see MeetMe is declared deprecated.
It seem my task now is to checkup if other change between 1.8 and 10
will influence my system. (Already detected external sqlite3 is
required).
