[asterisk-dev] issue on ARA(asterisk realtime architecture) sip.conf

Hello,
i am going to give issue on asterisk realtime architecture
(ARA),when we want ip implement ARA on sip.conf 
some of the below
parameters on the [general ] sections of sip.conf are not able to load
configuration on mysql  :
allowoverlap
callcounter
notifyhold
rtpholdtimeout
rtpkeepalive
rtptimeout
ignoresdpversion
cos_audio
cos_sip
cos_text
cos_video
transport
tos_audio
tos_sip
tos_text
tos_video
session-timers
session-expires
language
suppose when we define  "callcounter"
field with 'yes' value on mysql ,and register sip account this filed have a
'no' values when issu the command the "sip show setting " on CLI,
but when define
callcounter='yes' in sip.conf (not mysql )the changes  are make effected...
in other hand when define the above fileds on mysql changes are not affected  but when 
define the files on sip.conf the chnages are effected .. plz
help
