[asterisk-dev] Asterisk 1.8 SIP_CAUSE performance regression

Using 1.8 branch for a week now. storesipcause is off by default in
this version. No hanging channels this week! Last week with 1.8.5 I
had around 1 hanging channel per day (some days with zero, some days
with one or two). So every night I did a Asterisk restart to kill the
zombie channels. Around 35 sip phones, around 2000 calls per day.
