Changes

Address's Alex's comments.  I tested this under load now and everything appears in order for be at least.  Alex's problem was a result of a typo, I reversed the chan and owner channels going into the awesome_locking function in local_call.


Summary
-------

Introduces the awesome_locking() function and cleans up all the unnecessary deadlock avoidance junk we do.
