Added func OOH323 to be able to change / read channel bits in the dialplan i have included more options than documented most need to be pruned would appreciate some feedback on this.

Im working on full handshaking for this driver and correct fax detection.

OOH323 <-> receive fax does not handshake / detect Fax/T38

This fits in with the T.38 Integration im working on.
