[asterisk-dev] External MWI question

All,
I have the following scenario.
4POTS lines connected to an AudioCodes MP-114 gateway  and an Asterisk 1.8.X box front ending my ip phones.  i can receive calls from the Network and make calls to it using the 4 POTS lines no problem.

Now my question is:
if i want to use the current voice mail provided on my pots lines, and given that the Audiocodes can send me SIP NOTIFY for mwi when the network notifies it for messages 
is there anyway I can have asterisk subscribed for MWI events and somehow pass the NOTIFY back  to the endpoints or something along those lines???

any pointer would be appreciated.
