[asterisk-dev] Wiki license

We had a discussion earlier about the license of the Wiki material. Russell promised to get back, but I can't remember seeing a response and can't find anything by googling. What was the outcome, do we know have a license that permits commercial use?

I want everyone that builds "asterisk-in-a-box" like Switchvox to be able to include the documentation as well.
