I had thought about adding a reference to struct parkeduser.chan (which is peer here) until I realized that it should not be necessary.
1) When a call is parked, the channel ownership is transferred to do_parking_thread() in the parking lot's parkings list.
2) When a call is retrieved, the channel ownership is transferred to the thread retrieving the call.
3) The channel ownership transfer is protected by the parkings list lock.
There might be an edge case or two where the channel ptr is referenced right after putting the channel into the parkings list. Any fix for this unlikely case should wait for another patch where it would be easier to verify.
