Aye, Alexander Anikin (aka may213 on the issue tracker). The chan_ooh323 module
is the recommended H.323 interface to Asterisk currently as it is the most
actively maintained. Some larger changes were merged prior to 1.8 branching, so
the latest changes are available on Asterisk 1.8 and later.
