[asterisk-dev] dahdi-tools rev. 9067

I think the reason for it is that dahdi_cfg doesn't know much about the
channels it's configuring without probing the driver for more information
about span/channel/sigchan associations.  If dahdi_cfg probed things after
encountering an error, a better diagnosis might be available.
