[asterisk-dev] Updating res_jabber default status message

I like it, but I think that "to" or "with" may work better than "via"
eg... 'Connected to Asterisk!' or 'Connected with Asterisk!'

Another option that may satisfy everyone is 'Online with Asterisk!'
