[asterisk-dev] missing CDRs with 1.6.2.9

Hi!

On one of a customers Asterisk 1.6.2.9 server we miss CDRs. CDRs use 
mysql and csv file and CDRs are missing in both. Call scenario is rather 
simple: incoming SIP call -> PIN code authentication (Perl AGI script 
with some DB lookups) -> outgoing SIP call. Most of the calls appear in 
the CDRs, but not all of them.

I looked at the changelog file but couldn't spot any relevant fixes. 
Does somebody know if this is a known problem and fixed in a later 
release? If not, any hints where to start debugging?
