dsp.c can detect these states and set the relevant control frames but at
the moment it relies on each channel to kick off the dsp with the
relevant dsp features enabled. I think chan_sip.c for example sometimes
enables the dtmf dsp feature (if it is not using rfc2833) but it never
enables any call progress dsp features. Rather than adding the dsp
feature to every channel type, it might be better to add it as a central
function. A problem may arise though with duplicated control frames when
the source is the dahdi channel.
