[asterisk-dev] Parking problem with outgoing calls

Hi,

I wrote to the dev list because i were asking if i should create a  
ticket and submit a patch.

Anyway, i read the issue your have linked, and i think the issue is  
talking about parking.

Should i submit a patch ?
Or this issue needs to be discussed ?
