[asterisk-dev] CDR billingsec issue

Asterisk ver 1.6.1.14

When using dial (LOCAL/XXX/n) the billsec field in the CDR is defaulting to 
that of the second dial leg. 

Caller A calls in and gets an IVR they select several options taking approx 
10 seconds. the last option selected call forwards Caller A to Caller B off 
network. Caller A talks with Caller B for approx 30 seconds

CDR for caller A shows duration of 90 sec with billsec 30
CDR for caller B shows duration of  34 sec with billsec 30

If Caller A calls in and get the same IVR and selectes the same otpions but 
the last one plays a five second message and then hangs up.

CDR for caller A shows duration of 65 sec with billsec 9

So why is the billsec being synced  when doing the forward. Am I doing 
somthing wrong or is this a bug?
