Summary
-------

For the purposes of doing automated builds and tests, I'd like to use menuselect trunk in Asterisk 1.4.  That version has the new command line options that allow easily enabling and disabling options from a script.  In addition to updating the external, I have synced the related Makefile targets with what is currently in trunk.
