I don't think adding radius directly to chan_sip would be 
architecturally acceptable.  It would need to be behind some sort of 
generalized API.  For example, see the realtime API which is used by 
chan_sip, for which there are many technology implementations.

First, you need to decide what you would like radius support to 
accomplish.  Then, from there, see if there is an existing API that fits 
your goal.
