No. res_fax in FFA and res_fax in Asterisk trunk are not the same (yet),
so you need to build res_fax and res_fax_spandsp both from trunk. There
could very well be API changes in Asterisk itself that will mandate
minor changes in the code to be able to compile it for Asterisk 1.6.2.
