[asterisk-dev] Resources/res_musiconhold testing request

Hello, everyone!

In past, I was send two bugreports and patches, on a issues.asterisk.org.
Its numbers 16982 and 16993. Both of about realtime support in musiconhold,
which not quite perfect. So I hope there is somebody, who may test this.
