[asterisk-dev] Ignoring *-config files when building

I'm trying to build asterisk-1.6.2.2 with a locally modified version of
netsnmp-5.3.3, but the configure file wants to run net-snmp-config and
figure out where things are, even if I try to use --with-netsnmp=/x/y/z
to tell it to look elsewhere.

Is there an easy way to absolutely not use CONFIG_NETSNMP no matter what?
