I'm looking at my SPA-962 right now, and it has an option on the "SIP"
page of the web interface called "Stats in BYE".  If enabled, it adds a
custom SIP header to the BYE message that looks like:

P-RTP-Stat: PS=2457,OS=393120,PR=2457,OR=393120,PL=0,JI=0,LA=1,DU=49,EN=G711u,DE=G711u

Not ideal, but it at least gives you a bit more information than you'd ordinarily have.
