[asterisk-dev] Asterisk CLI commands not running !!!!!

im pretty sure it's because asterisk has not fully booted.
I saw many cases, which it takes many time to fully booted. The most common
case is the the DNS resolution takes too much time.
if you do "core show applications" , you probably see just a few apps, is
that correct?
