[asterisk-dev] how to increase dial timeout

Hi everybody,

I have a problem calling some mobile phones with some telcos, sometime 
it happens that the mobile phone takes too long to answer (and so the 
telco to send the answer back to Asterisk) and I get a "busy/congestion" 
message even if that mobile can be called (using another telco). I'd 
like to make a test increasing the timeout value but I cannot find it in 
the code (it is not the timeout in the dial command). Anybody knows 
where it is?
I increased DEFAULT_NOANSWER_TIMEOUT_ATTENDED_TRANSFER in res_features.c 
to 150000 when I had transfer problems and I solved them but now I'm 
stuck. Any help appreciated.
