First, you should attempt to reproduce the issue on 1.4.26.1 as that is a newer
version than 1.4.26.1.
You can report an issue at http://issues.asterisk.org
The information we'll need is:
* backtrace (per doc/backtrace.txt in your asterisk source) -- make sure you
have DONT_OPTIMIZE enabled via Compiler Flags in menuselect
* relevant configurations in order to enable someone to reproduce the issue
* scenarios that the crash occurs in, including call flow, technologies
involved, etc...
If it is a SIP issue, then you should also provide the 'sip debug' and 'sip
history' in addition.
