[asterisk-dev] BLF pritority ringing vs inuse

Hello,
I have the following problem with blfs. If a user is in a call, his hint
priority is marked as "inuse" which is good. But now when he receives a
second call his hint priority is not marked as "ringing", so all the
other users that monitor this priority can not do a pickup because they
do not know that the user receives a second call.

Shouldn't the "ringing" state be more important than the "inuse" state? 

Maybe I am wrong here and you there are good reasons behind the current
implementation.
