Good one!  Pink or white noise would be interesting to add here.   
Makes life difficult for the NSA's speech reco systems.... maybe.  :-)

We wrote some of the functions a while back for a company I worked  
for, but we used long pre-recorded audio files instead of a built-in  
sound generator.  It was called "ambiance" and could be pre-selected  
by the user for various things like "train station", "conference show  
floor", "loud bar", "ball game", "town square", etc.  Volume was  
adjustable and everything.  The only down side is that we weren't able  
to solve the "mute button" problem - if the sender put the call on  
hold (or muted it) the audio background would remain playing.  Whoops!
