[asterisk-dev] 1.6-rc6: hangs up when answered

Using a TDM400P, where channel 4 is pstn:

     -- DAHDI/4-1 is ringing  <----- all these are from
     -- DAHDI/4-1 is ringing  <----- rings after giving
     -- DAHDI/4-1 is ringing  <----- extension to ivr
     -- DAHDI/4-1 is busy
     -- Hungup 'DAHDI/4-1'

I call a local number over pstn. It answers ( without any ringing ), I 
dial their internal extension, I hear the ring from the internal 
extension, BUT once the internal extension answers, * hangs up.

Dialing over a pots works to this number. In fact, dialing from the 
office using 1.4.13 works.

rc6 works dialing out pstn,  except ( so far ) for this usage.

Any suggestions? Or just file a bug report?
