[asterisk-dev] IMAP_STORAGE issue with app_voicemail

One more thing, is this incorrectly documented somewhere?  The asterisk sample
configs don't mention it at all (this should be corrected) and I can't find
mention of it in the source tarball anywhere.  Perhaps on voip-wiki?
