[asterisk-dev] Asterisk 1.4.19 and Asterisk-addons 1.6.0-beta3 Released

I'm scratching my head how to enable ilbc codec from automated build process, 
without "make menuselect". The line "MENUSELECT_CODECS=" in USER_MAKEOPTS 
file doesn't work because of empty value. Any ideas?
