It isn't soo much that it will be hardcoded but rather a more proper way
to handle the signalling. 

Hmm, if we could send out G.721, wouldn't that be interesting that we
could possibly get a SIP phone to negotiate to the chan_zap and also
avoid the transcoding as well.
