Have you ever bridged a digital ISDN call from one ISDN channel driver 
to another ISDN channel driver?

I have and I can tell you in many cases it does not work as Asterisk 
always treats them like voice calls often does transcoding. This is a 
generic problem in Asterisk and is not related with 3G video calls.
