[asterisk-dev] Can't get Originate to work in PHP

I'm new in asterisk, I have configure asterisk, in my centos machine.
I have to develope my site using php
i have tested sample from asterisk manager ..............
out put is showing

Dialing 111
HTTP/1.1 200 OK
Server: Asterisk/1.4.4

but can't originate call
Also please advice me how use scripts from apche server for
asterisk.........................
