Regarding the removal of ForkCDR, if the calls are being magically
Forked by the new code, then hell yes, ditch it! On the other hand,
this would require that all current problem cases were fixed first,
notably the Park and UnPark cases, which go very wrong unless ForkCDR
is available (IIRC The original CDR from the Park event is destroyed
and replaced by the Pickup call's data).

There is also the case of dialplan controlled save-and-restart type
CDR control so that "Enter PIN number" is one call, and the authorised
call is a separate CDR record. This is a ResetCDR function though
IIRC.
