A lot of the work has been done by these guys over at Wimba: Mihai Balea, Steve
Kann, and their colleague Pete (don't know his last name, sorry!).  They have
been finding and fixing so many things in chan_iax2 over the past month that it
makes me nervous when I see one of them get on IRC.  :)
