[asterisk-dev] SayNumber and decimal

Hi guys,
Right now with SayNumber(123.12)
that will stream 123 instead of 123 and 12.

This make all users which they want to stream decimal number to split int
and dec and use 2 SayNumber.

Is it a desired behavior to support decimal number?
