[asterisk-dev] queues and h extension

I am working on upgrading my asterisk with the latest code in the 1.2 branch,
but come into a major difference in the dialplan.
On my existing version,
We have call going into a queue. When the queue connects the caller to an
agent, one of the channels continued to run and jumped to the 'h' extension
in that context, that did some extra work.
On the latest version, there are no channels that get transfered to the 'h'
extension and is directly hung up.
I am wondering if this this is a bug, or a feature?
