First smart ass comment would be for you to go learn java then and start
programming.

A slightly more useful suggestion is for you to think through your
requirments a bit more. Do you want to call them VoIP or are you going
to call them via PSTN. 

If via PSTN, any web side app should be able to work. If over VoIP, then
yes, you will need to find a activex or java VoIP client.

But in the end, this does not address anything that is on toppic for
this group as it does not discuss asterisk itself or the code to make
asterisk better.
