If this is code that can be contributed to the project, we would love 
to see it in the bugtracker/feature tracker (http://bugs.digium.com/) 
for eventual inclusion into Asterisk after you've signed a disclaimer.

The request for an answering machine detection program is a 
continuing theme on this mailing list, and it would be ideal to get 
code included into Asterisk so people no longer have to ask...
