Well the original create_config.sh idea is from Armin (chan_capi). I 
just changed it for the chan_sccp needs :-)

Anyway it is the only way to get our channels compiled for all the CVS 
HEAD dates, stable, beta1, beta2, rc1, rc2, etc... :-)
